Getting Started
1:1 Preparation & Integration Sessions
Before your Sacred Medicine Journey, we will have 3 powerful 1:1 preparation and intention-setting calls. These calls are an opportunity for us to work together to harness all of my 30 years of experience, gifts, and medicines to support you in your journey toward transformation. We'll use these calls to explore your focus areas and goals, and I'll provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. In order for these calls to be most effective, I will have you complete an in-depth Medicine intake form. I encourage you to come to these calls prepared with any questions you may have, so we can address them in the days leading up to your Journey.
After your Sacred Medicine Journey, we will have 3 integration sessions where we'll explore the shifts, changes, and takeaways from your day-long journey. These sessions will be an opportunity for you to process your experiences and gain deeper insight into the meaning and impact of the journey. During these integration sessions, I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance as needed. Together, we'll work to integrate your journey into your daily life and ensure that you are able to fully embody the insights and lessons gained from the experience.
Your Sacred Medicine Journey
Your Sacred Medicine Journey including the intention setting & integration calls is a deeply transformative experience that culminates in a personalized day-long Sacred Medicine ceremony. This immersive session is a unique opportunity for you to engage in deeper levels of healing and integration, utilizing the magic of Sacred Medicine with me as your experienced guide.
During your Sacred Medicine ceremony, I will work with you to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the depths of your being and connect with your inner wisdom. Together, we'll craft a personalized experience that is tailored to your unique needs and intentions. Throughout the ceremony, I will help you navigate the journey, providing guidance, support, and care every step of the way. You'll have access to a variety of healing modalities, including guided meditations, sound healing, and energy work, all designed to deepen your connection to your true self and facilitate powerful healing. My commitment to you is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for you to explore your inner landscape, deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, and experience profound healing and transformation.
Ancestral Breathwork Journeys
As a part of your Sacred Medicine Journey, you will have the opportunity to attend live Ancestral Breathwork journeys (held on zoom) to further accelerate your progress. These journeys are designed to help you gain clarity and actionable steps from your own inner guidance, ancestors, and guides through the power of breathwork.
During the Breathwork journeys, we'll use specific breathing techniques to help you access deeper states of consciousness and connect with your inner wisdom. With my guidance, you'll journey through the layers of your psyche and tap into your ancestral wisdom, receiving messages, insights, and guidance that will support you on your continued journey toward healing and transformation.
It's important to take full advantage of these opportunities, as they will help to accelerate your progress and deepen your intention setting and integration before and after the Sacred Medicine Journey.

As you step into your most powerful, authentic, and embodied self through the Sacred Medicine Journey, you begin to learn that you can no longer give other people the responsibility for your life working as you want it to. You specifically cannot give this responsibility to me. While I am committed to supporting your transformation, I can only provide you with the tools and strategies that I’ve harnessed over my 30 years of experience. It is up to you to put forth the effort in integrating them into your life.
So please, take full advantage of the elements in this Sacred Medicine Journey to tap into the possibility of living a fully embodied, fully supported life where you can dream, explore, heal, and transform, all in service of your life goals. - make full use of the support & resources provided
- ask questions and seek clarity when you are confused or unclear
- be open to the shadow sides of self that may make themselves known through this process
- do the work, even when it doesn’t feel “easy” or convenient
- practice any processes that you are taught on this journey and take responsibility for integrating them into your daily life
- share and celebrate your insights and transformational shifts
- accept responsibility for holding your take-aways and your progress
- remain in integrity with this agreement.
